1. General Provisions
All purchases of Verbsync paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are processed through Paddle.com, and Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Refunds are processed according to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
2. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Full Refund Guarantee Within 14 Days
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase completion. Refunds are possible without any separate reason.
This 14-day cancellation period begins the day after the purchase is completed.
3. Refund Processing
All refund requests are processed by Paddle.
If a valid refund request is submitted within the 14-day period, Paddle will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days according to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Important: Verbsync does not process payments/refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through Paddle.
5. After 14-Day Period
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day cancellation period has passed are not guaranteed and may be reviewed at Paddle's discretion.
